Key Responsibilities:
- Executive Support
- Manage the Director’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports.
- Serve as a liaison for the Director of Partner Success.
- Office/Team Management
- Oversee office/team operations and maintain resources for productivity.
- Project Coordination
- Support strategic planning and execution of key initiatives.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with deadlines and goals.
- Streamline workflows to improve efficiency.
- Handle logistics and ensure successful execution.
- Reporting & Data Management
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare actionable reports.
- Track progress on key initiatives and deadlines.
- Special Projects
- Lead or assist with ad hoc projects to meet emerging needs.
- Provide recommendations and insights to support decision-making.
- Bachelors degree or relevant experience
- Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented
- The ideal candidate thrives on maintaining structure, streamlining workflows, and ensuring all aspects of the office and projects run smoothly
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management (Hubspot experience) tools.
- Ability to manage confidential information and maintain discretion.
- Experience in administrative, office management, or similar roles preferred.
